How Do I Return An Item?

GlasseX stands behind our products. If you have received a broken item, we are happy to replace it. Also, if an item does not meet your satisfaction, we are happy to take a return or exchange.

- BREAKAGE -

If an item is broken or cracked, please contact us and we will make it right for you. Breakage must be reported upon opening package.

GlasseX is liable if an item breaks in transit. GlasseX is not liable if an item breaks after package is opened.

GlasseX may ask for you to return broken items. In this scenario, GlasseX will send you a return shipping label.
